These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 11php Casino ("11php," "we," "us," "the Platform"), operating at 11php.club. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 11php platform, including but not limited to the website, game lobby, payment systems, customer support services, promotional programs, and VIP tier features.

By accessing the 11php platform — whether by creating an account, using the 11php Login page, browsing the game catalog, or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of your agreement with 11php. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 11php, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and during gameplay;
• You are not included on any self-exclusion list maintained by 11php, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and in good faith for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person in relation to gambling activities on the platform;
• You are not otherwise prohibited by applicable Philippine law or any court order from participating in online gambling activities.

11php is required by its PAGCOR licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all registered accounts prior to approving deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, passport, driver's license, and postal ID issued by PhilPost.

Submission of false, fraudulent, or borrowed identification documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account. 11php reserves the right to report suspected identity fraud to relevant Philippine authorities.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 11php platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, identities, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must notify 11php promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11php Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 11php will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

In the event of unauthorized access to or suspected compromise of your account, you must notify 11php's customer support immediately via the live chat function. 11php cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

11php supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at 11php's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 11php wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between 15 and 60 minutes to reflect depending on processing times.
• 11php does not charge deposit processing fees. Your e-wallet or bank provider's own transaction fees, if any, are your sole responsibility.
• All deposits are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring as required by the AMLC and PAGCOR.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 11php account holder.
• KYC-verified accounts in good standing may expect standard GCash and Maya withdrawals to be processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours.
• 11php reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger AML monitoring thresholds, which may result in processing delays pending completion of such checks.
• Bonus-funded balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, 11php may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. The player will be notified accordingly.

11php may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine players who meet the age, KYC, and account standing requirements.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer may be claimed once per account, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the associated wagering conditions.
• 11php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the 11php Casino platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 11php itself.

Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is disclosed on the individual game information page. Published RTPs represent the theoretical long-term return calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual gaming session.

Once a bet is confirmed by the 11php system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the record maintained by 11php's server logs shall be the definitive evidence of the transaction. Disputes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session via 11php's customer support channels. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be investigated.

In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects game outcomes — including server errors, network disruptions, or software defects — 11php reserves the right to void affected bets and refund staked amounts to the relevant player wallets. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of disrupted sessions.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the live dealer and studio are final, subject to the relevant game rules. In the event of a video stream interruption, 11php will make reasonable efforts to resolve the session; where resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided at 11php's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11php platform. Violation of any prohibition constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are below 21 years of age;
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or system on the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unauthorized advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, match-fixing, or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any form of payment fraud;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 11php staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, fraud detection, or responsible gaming system implemented by 11php.

11php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a regulatory authority;
• Direction from PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or any competent court or authority.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 11php reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activities are subject to permanent forfeiture.

11php is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players through the Account Settings section of the 11php Dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit ceilings. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert players when a specified duration of play has elapsed within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which login access and gambling activity are suspended.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 11php platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on platform content or software;
• Use any 11php trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written authorization;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 11php intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and other applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 11php Casino shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activities on the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, wagering decisions, or bonus forfeiture;
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond 11php's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, and third-party payment system disruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform;
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party game content or live dealer studio operations beyond 11php's direct control, subject to the dispute resolution procedures in Section 6.

Nothing in these Terms limits 11php's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11php collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the 11php platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, game play logs, device information, and communications with customer support. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

These Terms and all matters arising from or connected with your use of 11php Casino shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or the use of the 11php platform that cannot be resolved through 11php's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

Players are encouraged to first contact 11php customer support to attempt resolution of any issue prior to initiating formal proceedings. 11php commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

11php reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 11php will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or email address on file, or through a prominent notice on the 11php platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 11php platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
